The RoleThe RoleTo manage and control the entire Plant, Transport and Form-work division. MANAGEMENT: 1. Supply of equipment to every project in the company as and when required. 2. Careful selection of Suppliers for procurement of equipment with high regard to price, quality and available back up. 3. Manage and control all daily operations within the entire plant : -Machine and vehicle operations. -Supply of transport throughout the company. -Procurement of supplies and negotiations with their Management regarding price and contract. -Managing a work force/staff in day to day Plant activities -Frequent site visits and monitor the Site progress related to Plant -Interact with Engineers/ Foreman on site and office -Intimate personnel issues as the last resort. MEETINGS: 1. With Suppliers regarding equipment. 2. Project Managers and Consultants regarding progress of work. 3. H.R Department regarding Labour required and visa issues. 4. Planning and Estimation regarding Tenders. 5. Weekly and monthly internal Plant Department meetings to discuss progress, problems and planning. |
