Job description / Role
15k AED a month plus family status. Plant Manager - Dammam
An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for a large multi-national organization in the Dammam region of Saudi this is working with a large player within technical manufacturing with a world wide presence.
- Ensure safety
- Increase plant productivity
- Complete plants operations management
- P&L Responsibility cost management
- Drives the plans for the business
- Drive operations in LEAN and six sigma
- Plans cost management service delivery
- Manages the KPIs for the site
Requirements
- Have experience in LEAN and Six Sigma.
- You will have a minimum of 7 years plant management experience.
- You will have experience of completely managing a P&L for a branch.
- You will have significant experience of working in the manufacturing industry ideally from an adhesive background but that is not essential.
- You will have a strategic background of managing a facility to its full KPI and increasing productivity.
