Plant Manager

Job description / Role

Our client is an international food manufacturer operating across multiple product categories. They produce a highly innovative product portfolio and boast a truly global customer base. After going through a recent senior management overhaul they now have a revised and re-energised strategic approach that is yielding outstanding results. An opportunity has arisen to join their driven and highly ambitious operations department as a Factory Manager for their major site in Dubai.

The role will be head of the Factory and lead all production and operational activities. The focus is efficiencies and profitable operating to help achieve wider business aims and objectives. You will lead, develop and build the engineering, production and project teams. Requirements

As an individual it is essential you have previous experience of leading a manufacturing site, managed large diverse teams of people and are of middle eastern nationality (and obviously speak Arabic). Certain product categories within food will be viewed as advantageous but are not essential, it is beneficial if you have previous experience of engineering and maintenance along with production. Obviously you will have seriously considered relocation before applying to this role and discussed with any family members.
