Job description / Role
Objective: To run the Plant
Main responsibilities: Erection, Commissioning, Production and Maintenance.
Reporting to: General Manger
Subordinates: , Prod Mgr, Maint Mgr, Shift Engrs, Shift Supervisors, Warehouse Supervisor, Qc Dept
Other interactions: He will be coordinating with our Consultants and Eqpt Mfgrs
Number required: 1
Duration: Permanent
Desired start date: Aug 20, 2014
Probation: 3 months
Working hours: Sunday - Thursday, 8 am - 5.30 pm
Travel requirements: Only during the initial period when plant is being Erected and Commissioned
Gross monthly base salary: Saudi Riyals : 12,000 - 15,000 pm
Commission / Bonus: Bonus as per the company policy
Other Benefits: 3 months salary as housing. Company provided Car with petrol; allowance, Medical Facilities
Requirements
University Qualifications: BE MECHANICAL
Nature and length of previous experience: 8 - 10 years of experience in Production Plant having good experience in Erection , Commissioning of plant and Machineries, Fabrication and Engineering jobs
Specialist knowledge: Windows 98 / 2000 / XP / Vista / Windows 7
MS Office App, SAP, Auto Cadd
Soft Skills and Personality traits: Should have the qualities of leading the team
Age Range: 35 - 45
Language Fluency: English , Hindi, Arabic
