Plant Manager

Job description / Role

-Plan the production activities, work schedules, machine maintenance
schedules.
-Maintain budget and product quality.
-Assimilate the electrical and mechanical process.
-Determine plant weaknesses (technical and administrative) and work on
solutions.
-Work on preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance plan.
-Maintain a good teamwork spirit, and provide necessary training and
motivation plans to employees.
-Work on building, evaluating and training replacement team on all levels to replace and take over the duties.
-Develop a good maintenance system by controlling the store and proposing
order point of spare parts.
-Direct and coordinate plant operations within company policies and procedures.
-Control the factory's administrative work

Requirements

-Minimum B.E. Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial…)
-Minimum 10 years experience in heavy industries (cement industry).
-Good manufacturing knowledge with advanced interpersonal and supervisory skills.
-Business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, HR modeling, leadership technique, production methods…
