Plant / Operations Manager
Our major international client requires a Plant / Operations Manager for their Middle East Operation.
As the Plant Manager you will be responsible for managing all aspects of LPG Recovery plant, upstream facilities and pipelines.
Responsibilities:
- Undertakes recruiting and hiring.
- Recommends and monitors training for site personnel.
- Ensures procedures and instructions for all Operations activities are prepared and understood.
- Directs all aspects of LPG Recovery Plant, Upstream Production Facilities, and Pipelines.
- Manages the utilization of personnel and equipment to meet product deliveries and meet performance objectives established by Company.
- Reviews and approves Production-related expenditures and capital requests.
- Liaises with onsite government officials.
- Develops budget and controls budget for Production-related activities.
- Maintains authority over Production budget and schedule.
- Recommends changes, approves and recommends expenditures for improvements.

Requirements
To be considered for this role you will meet the following criteria;
- Degree qualified (Chemical or Petroleum Engineering)
- Minimum of 20 years experience in Hydrocarbon processing design and operations.
- Minimum of 10 years in a managerial position.
- Operations experience in LPG/Gas processing facility.
- Experience of managing large teams.
