Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Objectives: Operates and maintains machinery and equipment providing light, heat, power, oxygen, water, LPG, compressed air and other utilities services that are around the plants and Hospital areas.

Main responsibilities: - Operates and maintains oil fired boilers, related equipment, auxiliary services, standby electrical supply system and other standby equipment
- Monitors and records all machinery performance log sheets showing operating data of equipment, verifies reports and takes necessary corrective action. Informs Shift Supervisor or Senior Plant Operator about the changes of data and carries out level one maintenance according to the schedule and makes minor repairs as required
- Collects water samples from all circulating systems as required. Inspects equipment to detect any malfunctions. Cleans all related equipment during periodic overhauls and once it gets dirty as well as the working areas
- Coordinates equipment outages and assures complete and safe isolation of systems that requires repair or modification. Observes the alarm systems and takes proper action during emergencies

Duration: 2 years contract
Desired start date: ASAP
Probation: 90 days
Working Hours: 9 hours
Gross monthly base salary: tax-free

Requirements

- University Qualifications: B.S. Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required or Technical Diploma in related field is required
- Other certifications obtained: Saudi drivers license A drivers license from country of origin is necessary to obtain a Saudi driver's license
- Nature and length of previous experience: No experience is required with B.S. Degree or Three (3) years of related experience is required with the Technical Diploma
- Gender Preference: Male
- Language Fluency: English
