Plant Operator

Job description / Role

- To assist the AMC contractors like Carrier, Trane and compactor Service Engineer during inspections, installation and overhauling.
- To prepare and keep a complete equipment and water tanks record and routine chillers and pumps operations log sheets & reports on daily basis and observing the plant to keep the system in smooth operation.
- To bring into the notice of supervisor about any fault of equipment or malfunction of machines at the earliest.
- To carry out the chemical treatment of water for cooling towers, swimming pool and chilled water circuit daily and to check the proper operation of chemical dosing equipment.
- To assist and coordinate other subordinates like Assistants, mechanics, and electricians to attend and rectify the major complaints from Shop and Flats.
- To carry out any other work assigned by supervisor and the seniors even besides the scope of work especially in case of any abnormality or urgency.

Requirements

- A/C Trade Certificate of minimum 2 years course.
- 4 Years in A/C systems preferably in central system.
