Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

1) Works as Board-man on the DCS of SSSPs and TMS of the plants to monitor the tank farm, loading/unloading racks, and pipeline status as well as SSSPs operations.
2) Conducts the Manual Meter proving for Pipeline meters from the SIB (OMNI work Station).
3) Performs work permit issuer and gas tester activities.
4) Works as High Voltage Electrical Switching Operator (ESO) (Note: Each plant should have certified operator to perform this critical job).
5) Monitors operating conditions of product loading or unloading operations and makes necessary adjustments at control room or within the plant to ensure safe and efficient process operation.
6) Performs daily verification of sales, own & transfer products.
7) Monitors and access all the Quality test and certifications in the PQAS system at Bulk Plant.
8) Performs daily / monthly perpetual product reconciliations.
9) Maintains operator log books and operating log sheets recording product temperatures, pressures, flow rates, samples taken, refined product volumes received and shipped.
10) Seek guidance in performing day-to-day work in order to increase refinery profit, enhance plant reliability/integrity, and promote safety & compliance to environmental standards
11) Provide the necessary assistance to the respective OME team members before/after daily meetings to ensure high level of safety performance and comply with health, safety and environmental standards
12) Seek guidance in carrying out routine operational and housekeeping activities to sustain plant capacity according to operational, safety, health, environmental, reliability and engineering standards.
13) Assist in preparing equipment for maintenance activities.
14) Participate in the start-up or shutdown activities according to the approved operating procedures and general instructions.
15) Provide support in monitoring plant/facility operating conditions to meet the required product(s) specifications. Use established reporting systems (i.e. Ops log book) to document plant/facility operating parameters and maintenance activities.
16) Assist in identifying potential operating problems and handle emergency situations in accordance with YASREF standard procedures and instructions.
17) Report breaches to safety standards and safety incidents accurately and on a timely basis. Take corrective actions to resolve the safety issue/situation.

Requirements

- Minimum Job Requirement (Academic, vocational, training, etc.)
- Two (2) years diploma in relevant field.
- At least 3 years experience in the related job.
