Plant Production Officer

Job description / Role

- Responsible for the shop floor planning and execution of the daily manufacturing plan
- Daily internal shop floor planning according to the MPS, 95% compliance to MPS is required on daily basis.
- Housekeeping and HSE standard to be maintained at plant all the time
- Coordinate with RMS, Maintenance and QC for day to day problem regarding RMS issuance and machine related matters
- Maintain compliance to the manufacturing process
- Ensure the team follows all quality requirement to avoid complaints from the market
- Coordinate with Planning department to fulfill all business needs

Requirements

- 3-5 years of experience in Painting Manufacturing Industry
- Strong knowledge of plant operation set up
- Ability to communicate effectively across various departments
- Excellent attention to details
- Ability to multi task and prioritize
