Plant Supervisor - Cement Industry - Kuwait
We are seeking a Plant Supervisor for Lafarge, a leader in the building materials industry, to be based in Kuwait. As the Plant Supervisor you would be required to ensure the plant equipment is maintained to the highest standard and you are available to support the growing production & shipping operations.
Your key responsibilities will be to carry out planning & scheduling activities by effectively following up with clients and internal departments. Other important aspects of the job include Health & Safety activities and Customer Service, both areas in which Lafarge prides itself. You would be required to make regular site-visits to the plant as well as achieve cost saving objectives.
Requirements
- Between 2-6 years experience in Readymix/ Cement (preferably), Logistics, or Marine logistics Industries
- Bachelor's degree in Civil / Structural Engineering
- Sound Communication, Leadership & Negotiation skills
- Hard working and able to work in a high pressured environment
- Arabic speaker
