Job description / Role
We are seeking a Plant supervisor for Lafarge, a leader in building materials to be based in Kuwait. You would be required to ensure the plant equipment & environs are maintained and are available to support production & shipping operations.
Your key responsibilities will be to plan and follow up with clients and Internal departments. Other important aspects of the job include Health & Safety activities and Customer service. You would be required to make regular site-visits and achieve cost objectives.

Requirements
- 1-5 years experience in Readymix/ Cement (preferably) / Logistics/ Marine logistics Industries
- Bachelors degree Civil / Structural Engineering
- Good Communication, Leadership & Negotiation skills
- Hard working and able to work under stress
- Arabic speaker
