The RoleThe RoleTo provide expertise, guidance, implementation and monitoring of the overall provision of Human Resources services relating to policies and programs of the entire company. * Analyzes, develops, recommends and implements consistent and efficient compliant Human Resources management policies and procedures. * Provide consultation and problem resolution services as well as discussion of matters of controversial issues and policy issues. * Applies knowledge of human resources principles and practices, including applicable policies and procedures and government regulations that are applicable to the scope of work responsibilities. * Maintain and updates HR-Personnel Process Maps in accordance with the Policy and Procedure and the actual individual workflow. Key Performance Measures: * Comprehensive knowledge of major human resources functional area which requires independent interpretation of company policy and the consistent application of best practices. * Adherence to the Human Resources policies and procedure, and process maps. * Appropriate action relating to all HR issues involving policy and procedures. * Audit all in-coming and out-going documents. |
RequirementsRequirements* Broad knowledge and experience in Saudi Labor & Workmen's Law, Policy & Procedures, Strategic Planning, and Employee Relations. * Demonstrated ability to review, develop and ammend Human Resources Policies and Procedures. * Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with the management level and employees company-wide. * Demonstrated ability to incorporate related provisions of the Saudi Labor & Workmen's Law into Human Resources Policies. * Excellent organizational skills. * Excellent in oral and written communication skills. BS Business Administration - MBA in HR is preferable but not essential |
