The Role


The Role


Objective: To carry out PPG reviews and analysis for various policies, process, system, and formats for better risk management & TAT.

Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• PPG reviews and renewals.
• Interim policy changes
• Various cross sell initiative planning with business.
• Review the proposed related programs to any of the asset products.
• Product & Portfolio analysis on a regular basis as against the action plan in policy as and when required.
• Validate the updated topics by IT Policy Team on RAKNet & RLS.
• Provide Market Feedback in terms of sourcing profiles, target segments, and risk.
• Competition analysis for various product policies of other banks Vis a Vis our bank.
• ALOC maintenance for both personal loans and credit cards.
• Visit to new companies proposed for listing in PL or cards ALOC/Payroll.
• Health checks for the underwriting unit on a regular basis to check adherence and effectiveness of PPG.
• Health checks for the collections unit to check for adherence to the OP/manual and benchmarks provided.
• Maintain and provide for the information related to product profitability
• Maintenance of Delegation Matrices & Delegation Letters.
• Maintenance of Credit checklists.

Location – Al Qusais

Reporting to : Policy Manager, PB Credit
Gross monthly base salary : MAx 15000 AED

University qualifications : Preferably Graduation / Post Graduation preferably in Commerce / Finance / Business Administration

Specialist Knowledge:
• Should have banking experience in a Supervisory capacity in Policy business.
• Good understanding of PB assets’ business (risk perspective)
• People (Team) management skills to effectively deploy and motivate Staff
• Good negotiation and networking skills with internal customers.
• Good standard of oral and written communication and PC skills.
• Change Management skills.
• Knowledge of local banking and commercial regulations.
• Presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage working relationship with internal customers

Other Skills:
