Support the Senior Portfolio Manager, Credit Cards to maximize the profitability and potential of the Banks credit card portfolio. This will include the development, management and implementation of a Lifecycle Management Program (LCM) focusing on usage, balance building and retention.

Continually reviewing existing product offering, processes and sales channels to ensure SCB Credit cards are aligned to our desired target segments, are customer centric and remain top of wallet.

Monitoring of the local competition and overseas markets to ensure opportunities and threats are identified.

Development and implementation of LCM initiatives focusing on card usage, balance building and retention.

Use of segmentation and analytics to drive LCM strategy including ongoing management and measurement of this strategy to ensure optimal return on investment whilst striving towards industry best practice via a test and learn approach.

Supporting the development of the annual product and marketing plan, including forecasts and action plans.

Understanding, overview and re-engineering of key portfolio processes to ensure that they are cost efficient and customer centric.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree
Sound knowledge of banking products and processes
Excellent Communications and Analytical skills
