Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Realize business plans and sales strategy by developing and successfully (re-) launching new as well as existing products for the Bank. Exploit market opportunities, differentiating its offerings and meeting customer needs in the most effective way and managing portfolio growth.

1. Develop new products and enhance the features of existing products. Scan the external business environment and keep abreast of developments in the financial industry to identify Cards related business opportunities for the Bank.
2. Define, develop and drive key strategies in the management and development of platform and services  that support the value proposition of retail and commercial solution such as corporate cards, purchasing cards.
3. Define and develop product information content to support market teams and issuers in the decision to launch, manage and optimize commercial payment program.
4. Execute key initiatives that contribute to strategic priorities with Public/Private/Government, cross functional key stakeholders such as Data Platform, Global System, Client service support, corporate communications, Government Relationships Group, Branding & Marketing.
5. Develop market insights into the supply and landscape for payment solutions, and define core, enhance and augmented product offering to drive adoption and usage of Visa commercial payment solutions.
6. Identify opportunities to repackage position or develop new solutions to drive spend.
7. Conduct training, support cards management department in maximizing current commercial card portfolio.
8. Build product manual, develop sales, marketing and implementation tools and guide for CBD RM/Sales Force.
9. Lead the other staff for project management/product implementation.
10. Mange the sales with Branch sales channels, for activation, usage and retention
11. Engage proactively with market teams to understand market specific operating plans, initiatives and opportunity pipeline.
12. Initiate product ideas and on-going features/benefits tailored for each target segment.
13. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
14. Assist the direct report to develop segmented Marketing Plans for all Cards products and ensure that products and services are presented in the most attractive, arresting and effective manner to customers and the public at large. Coordinate with the marketing dept the creation & design processes with external creative agencies for all Marketing Material (for both Islamic and Conventional Cards).
15. Develops and implements new debit card and other consumer cards products, product enhancements, and value propositions through analyzing product portfolio performance, consumer behavior and preferences, competitive best practices
16. Accountable for the debit card portfolio's revenue performance (overall, by product and by customer segment) with accountability for meeting annual balanced scorecard objectives.

Requirements

* Degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
* 5-8 Years' experience in an experience in a business role in the banking and financial services industry, working specifically with credit card products required.
* Communication skills and well established branches manager/Sales force relation
* Exposure to marketing management role
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
* Understanding of financial analytics preferred
