Job Description

* Customer Life Cycle Management for customers in the Personal and Preferred Banking segments across all Retail products
* Managing the Activation Anti-Attrition Retention (AAARU) unit
* Driving the active customers growth agenda for Personal & Preferred Banking

Requirements

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Direct formulation and execution of business strategies to ensure achievement of standards/targets on:

* Customers
* On-boarded and activated NTB customers
* Active Customers
* Re-activated Customers
* Attrited Customers
* Funded Payroll Customers; MOB Funding Trend
* Financials
* Revenue generated
* Cost saved

- Direct formulation and execution of evergreen Customer Trigger Activity Plan
- Direct formulation and execution of evergreen strategies & campaigns for the correct intervention at every customer life stage from on-boarding, to activation, relationship deepening, proactive activation, reactive retention & win-back of the customer
- Ensure AAARU team meets KPI targets for each product by providing scripts, tools, training, customer call reviews, regular performance reviews & providing continuous support.
- Live the SCB values in everyday working life.
- Ensure strict compliance with all regulations and controls as set by the Bank and external regulatory authorities.
- Responsible for achieving and maintaining satisfactory audit rating
- Manage relationship between SCB and the external business partners
- Solicit support from other key linkages to ensure synergy and smooth delivery of products/services
