Pre Contract Quantity Surveyor - Western Consultancy - Excellent Salary
Leading Western Consultancy is looking to hire a Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Dubai.
The Quantity Surveyor will mainly be responsible for Pre Contract of projects.
Your responsibilities will be (however, not limited to):
- Preparing request for proposals and contract documents including bills of quantities and schedule of values.
- Performing risk and value management and cost control, Identifying analyzing and developing responses to commercial risks.
- Preparing and analyzing commercial bid submittals.
- Analyzing installed quantities as compared to planned installation, Tracking physical progress and plotting/charting data.
- Writing detailed progress reports.
Requirements
The ideal candidate must have a relevant Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 year post graduate experience of which at least 3 years in the Middle East.
In addition, a proven track record within a consultancy & dealing with large projects is necessary.
