Pre Sales - Technical Engineer, Competitive salary, plus benefits, Doha, Qatar
Our client, a leading organisation in the UAE, is currently looking for a Pre Sales Technical Engineer for their growing team in Qatar.
The key responsibilities for this role are; to be responsible for all Technical Support to Customers, Sales Manager and System Integrators in pre and post sales for designated products in a specific territory, as well as assist in training seminars and be onsite with customers after installation.
To specify and attain approval of brand and products into consultants and end users. Incorporate product specifications prior to tenders & enquiries from developers and consultants. Coordinate with customers to ensure specifications are accurate in order to prepare bill of quantity proposals.
To provide system solutions for developers and consultants. The solution design be optimized, competitive and include drawings (AutoCAD). Review and / or assist with customer inquiries received by the sales consultants and ensure all documents, drawings and specifications are accurate in order to generate proposals.
Requirements
This role will also involve travelling to customer sites, telephonic support, team resource allocation planning and material coordination to achieve high level of customer satisfaction.

- Ideal candidates must have a University degree in Electronics / Electrical / Communications Engineering or equivalent.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in lighting controls or automation systems.
