Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Key management role in the hospitality division of Doha Hub Operations
- Responsible for entire operational functions of the award winning Premium Terminal & airport lounges.
- Reporting functions include front of house, housekeeping, food and beverage, kitchen and spa. In total a team of 300 employees plus contract staff.
- The Premium Lounges Manager will be directly responsible for the opening of 16 airport lounges in the New Doha International Airport in December 2012. Lounges include first, business class, Al Maha, VIP and arrivals. Responsibilities will include concept development for each lounge, menu development, service flows, standard operating procedures, staff training and trials.

Requirements

- Looking for a candidate with strong leadership skills, a visionary, self-motivated and passionate about customer service
- Hotel opening experience highly regarded
- Airport experience is not required
- Candidate must have significant management experience in luxury hospitality industry with exposure to food and beverage
