Premium Restaurant & Lounge Manager – Excellent package
A very exciting new opportunity has arisen for a talented premium Restaurant & Lounge Manager to join the management team.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director & leading 2 Managers along with a large team of skilled service personnel you will be the face of the outlet. Major responsibilities will include public relations & upselling for the venue.
We are seeking a European, Male who is 30 - 40 years of age.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years experience in luxury restaurants & lounges in premium city locations with 2 years in the UAE. You will be WSET qualified & have a solid database of regular guests.
