Prepaid Team Member

Job description / Role

To Handle Prepaid activities

Product Marketing

* Developing and launching prepaid products, services, and promotions from idea initiation to successful launch.

* Coordinating with all stakeholders regarding any new launch to ensure full alignment between all divisions and related parties.

* Follow up with all divisions, Lead the activities for a successful product launch with supporting functions (Research, Pricing/financial assessment, Marcom, Product development, business simulation, sales and customer service training)

Products Management

* Preparing and Maintaining KPIs for all Prepaid Packages.

* Analyzing the performance of Zain Prepaid Packages.

Customer Experience

* Maintaining superior customer experience at all customer life cycle points from getting to know to leaving.

* Following up in all operational activities with Customer Care.

Requirements

Industry / Domain

* Telecommunication

Knowledge and Experience

* Min 1 year in Consumer segment, Product management.

* Good knowledge of MS Office applications like Excel, Word etc.

* Excellent command of both written and verbal Arabic and English

Education and Certification Requirements

* Bachelor of Business Administration, Marketing
