Presales Consultant

Job description / Role

Job Purpose / Role:
Design and validate schematic outlay of complex solutions in consonance with client business requirements, budget, and technical feasibility and proactively engage with ITC clients in their future expansion plans and suggest or recommend new services and products to fulfill client's expected needs.

Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Develop technical specifications of complex solutions.
2. Take ownership of managing major bids and alliance with third parties.
3. Provide technical consultancy service to clients.
4. Cross departments/divisions coordination in developing client solutions.
5. Define all service level implementations parameters related to proposed solution.
6. Takes ownership of the technical write-up of all bid documents.
7. Conducting technical informative seminars.
8. Assist and mentoring new presales staff.

Requirements

- B. Sc. or higher degree of Telecommunication or Computer engineering.
- Robots understanding of TCP/IP protocol and networking concepts.
- Good understanding of telecommunication technology and concepts.
- Use speaking and listening skills when discussing work matters with colleagues and managers. Follow written procedures.
- Use presentation and illustration skills during meetings.
- Use number skills in calculating and in dealing with figures and accounts.
- Min. 5 years of experience in Telecom/Networking presales, equipment installation or operation
- Experience in TCP/IP and telecommunication networks design
- Experience in project management
