Job description / Role

The Presales Engineer will be responsible for:
* Understanding tender and client functional requirements, site conditions and drawings.
* Identifying most suitable solution and products and complete most optimum economical design meeting the tender requirements and site conditions.
* Preparing Complete Detailed Technical proposal includes design schematic drawings/ system architecture, compliance and account all information into proposals
* Designing and presenting targeted solutions based on explicitly and implicitly stated requirements.
* Securing input from all necessary solution stakeholders within the customer firm. Adapt solutions, as necessary, to ensure appropriate support.
* Attending Client Meetings for Technical clarifications/ Technical Presentation.
* Liaise/negotiating effectively with with client, AV vendors and contractors.
Requirements
* Four year's bachelor degree in relevant discipline from an accredited institution
* Minimum 5 years of working experience in Pre-sales of Audio Visual Systems.
* Experience in Designing, Estimation, Technical Proposals and Commissioning of Audio Visual systems
* Knowledge/experience on Audio and Video System such as Cisco, Polycom, Tandberg, Creston, AMX, ClearOne, BiAmp, Extron, etc.
* CTS qualification is required (audio visual qualification from ICIA)
* CTS-D or CTS-I qualifications is a plus (audio visual qualification from ICIA)
* Experience and knowledge of other ELV and IT solutions will be an added advantage
* Good working knowledge of Excel, Word , PowerPoint & VISIO
* Working knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage
* Good communication & Presentation skills with an ability to compile tender documents with full commercial & contractual understanding
* Able to work under pressure and fast-paced environment, willing to work extended hours.
