Job description / Role
On behalf of our client, a global manufacturer and service provider of telecommunication, computer and electronic devices, we are looking to recruit a Presales Engineer for their Public Safety and Security branch in Dubai.
You will be responsible for presales performance and attainment of gross profit goals.
You will also be responsible for defining project scopes, goals and deliverables that support business goals.
You should be able to understand customers technical requirements, design the system, recommend the right product and support project implementation and installation.
Technical Skills:
- Manage database service
- Write sql procedures in order to manage data
- Create clusters and create HW specifications based on requirements
- Benchmark of any system equipment for optimum performance
- Lead and conduct POC (proof of concept) project.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have more than 3 years of experience in security systems business to government and law enforcement agencies like Ministry of Interior, Police and Defense.
Experience in cyber security is a must.
Prior experience in a multinational organisation with excellent skills in English and Arabic is essential.
You should have extensive knowledge of the Law Enforcement market in Middle East, its customers, and buying practices with significant experience in IT-centric solutions including systems integration services.
You will be required to travel frequently within GCC.
