The RoleThe RolePre Cast Solutions Company Location: Yanbu or Jeddah, Saudia Arabia Competitive Expatriate Salary Package + Benefits Established in 2006, our clients firm supplies total precast solutions to the real estate and construction sectors with a focus on the Western Region of Saudi Arabia. Service provision ranges from design to manufacture, supply and erection. An annual production capacity of 1,000,000 m2 of hollow core slabs and 45,000 m3 of other elements; this firm employs over 300+ staff. Our client now seeks a President for their Saudi operations located in Yanbu and Jeddah, Saudi Arabia to lead and drive their operational business. This organization enjoys state of the art production facilities. Products comprise wall panels, beams, columns, staircases, minorets, domes, foundations, boundary walls, girders, barriers and decorative. Reporting to the Sector CEO, the proven performer we seek will be responsible to: Manage and lead a direct report team of 4 (Sales Director, Chief Financial Officer, Plant Manager and Production Manager) directly and indirectly to lead a team of 300+ staff to meet organizational objectives. Up skilling of people resourcing capacity to meet the growth projections for the firm. Develop a strong vision in growing the markets from lead to conversion of sales. Analysis of growth strategies and consideration of acquisitions and organic to enable aggressive growth. Build the organization to enable the firm to remain competitive in the local and regional Saudi markets within the precast sector. . Enable and achieve an agreed budget in revenue for the firm. Be the key representative for the firm in relation to clients and stakeholders (government authorities, key accounts, etc). Submit monthly management reports as required on company revenue and performance |
RequirementsRequirementsThe attributes we seek for this successful candidate include: Candidates must hold a Degree or Higher Education in Manufacturing, Commerce, Finance Marketing, or comparable and possess a minimum of 15 years experience in the precast sector. Strong experience in the GCC markets is essential. The exceptional communicator must have strong commercial acumen and excellent networks within the construction and precast industry. The ability to work across various levels of management and within a multi-cultural environment is required. A good command of English (written and verbal) is necessary.
