Prevention & Performance Analyst Telco
The purpose of this position is to review and analyze the revenue performance and risks related to du existing and new products, services and tariffs and prepare various reports using Revenue Assurance Tools. The work is analytical in nature and requires coordination with various cross functional teams and external vendors.
This position carry out analysis of product / service and prepare MIS reports to be submitted to the line manager.
This position is responsible to evaluate the requirements from various stake holders for the additional reports from the reporting tool and follow up with vendor to ensure delivery of these reports.
Review and analyse PCIs (Product Change Ideas) submitted by the Marketing Team in order to identify revenue risks related to the new products.
Provide inputs into Business Assurance Tool (ROCWARE) by liaising with the vendor in order to
Coordinate with the RAFC (Revenue Assurance Fraud Control) analytical system vendor to ensure that all required data modules/information are correctly reflected in the system and appropriate solutions are implemented to perform the analytical activities.
Ensure that finance requirements and concerns are properly communicated with marketing and technology teams during any new product / services implementation.
Develop revenue performance analysis for the new and existing products, services and tariffs in order to validate their profitability
Prepare reporting scorecards and performance dashboard for the Revenue Assurance as requested by the supervisor.
Liaise with Technology to gather required inputs regarding new products implementation related to the tariffs and system integration.
Provide appropriate RAFC (Revenue Assurance & Fraud Control) inputs throughout the product lifecycle to proactively assess, mitigate and prevent risks to revenues, profits and related customer experience in existing and planned business operations, products, services and infrastructure components by ensuring that suitable controls are built into new and changing products, services and infrastructure components.
Mitigate risk by ensuring proper communication of any non-compliance with relation to the Revenue Assurance area.
Develop recommendations based on the analysis performed to be submitted to the line manager
Minimum 3 years of experience with 1-2 years of experience in revenue assurance / fraud management role.
Good understanding of telecommunications domain both commercial (relating to products, activations, sales) and technical (relating to switching, basic call flows, role of various network elements )
Previous exposure to product UATs, pre-bill simulation checks, investigation of billing issues.
Minimum Bachelor degree in Finance/Engineering or any relevant domain
