Employment: Full Time

Al-Futtaim Motors occupies the pre-eminent position of the largest distributor of automotive products in the Emirates, and leads the rapid development of automobile business in the UAE, while continuing to contribute to Toyota's worldwide growth.

Today, Al-Futtaim Motors is synonymous with Toyota and Lexus, which enjoys undisputed leadership in the UAE in terms of the largest number of vehicles on the road. Besides Toyota, AF Motors also holds exclusive franchises for some of the world's top automotive products like Hino - Japan's leading heavy-duty vehicle manufacturer, Toyota forklifts and BT warehouse equipment.

To provide full back-up support to these world-class franchises, AF Motors have an established network of showrooms and service & parts centers throughout the UAE.

Pricing Assistant will join as a support function to Pricing Assistant Manager by providing pricing & cost analysis, margin analysis compare to the annual budget. It also requires producing various pricing reports, weekly discount report, monthly price list & GM forecast.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Support:
- Support Pricing Assistant manager to prepare quarterly & annual budget
- Review & analyse monthly GM performance vs budget and identify potential issues
- Provide GM simulation for new models (eg. Special edition, new model year)
- Update pricing / discount in SAP and ensure the price correctly update in Fastrack
- Prepare TMC fleet claims & Price schedule quarterly
- Take initiatives to identify and resolve system (SAP & Fastrack) issues around pricing and margin

Communication:
-Coordinate for all costing, pricing & support related issues
-Report competitors activities & pricing

AF Inter & Intra Group Companies:
- Coordinate with various departments for costs by specification
- Closely work with SAP / Fastrack & BIW team for automation

AFM Internal Departments:
- Work closely with Product department and advice on product positioning
- Coordinate with Demand & supply Planning team for developing forecasts
- Work with sales support teams to create campaign costing
- Update Advertising teams with price changes
- Communicate with Sales operations for all pricing issues

Management:
- Report revenue & margin performance
- Update competitor activities & prices
- Advice & recommend pricing actions

Innovation:
- Through continuous sales/stock monitoring & market trends, advice on pricing actions
- Aid in creating simulation pricing models for testing strategies
- Aid in developing Comparative study model for competitive products
- Aid in developing Standard Procedure documents

Requirements

Knowledge:
- Customer (Guest): Provide excellent customer service to all (internal) customers. Proactively identify requirements & cater to their needs.
- Administration and Management: Document changes and develop reports for management. Work proactively with various teams in order to reach company objectives.
- Sales and Marketing: Understanding of current procedures.
- Financial and Accounting: High numeral & verbal ability.
- English Language: General language understanding & writing.

Education:
- Graduation or Post Graduation in Management / Marketing / Finance.

Certifications:
- Proficient in MS Office.

Experience:
- Over 5 Years. Experience in Pricing will be an added Advantage.

- IT skills including reporting and presentations. Ability to work under pressure.
