JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for updating & maintaining all branch's related Discount Updates in Fastrack and SAP system adhering to company and Retail Division guidelines.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
* Update and complete the discounts in FASTRACK and SAP system for all Retail Division Sales Orders based on the guidelines and approvals provided.
* Adhere to the approvals given from time to time by the Retail Division Management on the Price and discount matrix.
* Maintain a list of discounts updated for audit purposes.
* Ensure timely completion of discount updates based on the requests from branches and within the approved price levels.
* Assist by providing additional help to the other team members in the Stock Management.

Requirements

Job-Specific Skills:

* Relevant professional qualification and/or experience in vehicle and Sales Order Management.
* Possess relevant IT skills in basic MS Office applications - Outlook, Word and Excel in particular and good knowledge of SAP system.
* Possess good analytical and problem solving skills.
* Possess good verbal and written communication skills for a demanding and customer focused working environment.
* Possess excellent personal organization and business administration skills and should keep abreast of Company Policy and follow process
* Should have a good attitude with a willingness to learn, improve and adapt to changes in the work environment.
* Be a team player and have the ability to work productively, efficiently & effectively with initiative, commitment and drive under tight timescales due to month end pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
* Pre-University/diploma, and/or
* 4-6 years related experience
