The Role


The Role


1. Functional
• Develop and implement annual marketing plans, new product and business development opportunities
• Conduct Wholesale market segmentation and market analyses along with bench mark of the offers in the region.
• Develop business cases for products / services.
• Analyze, design and implement major pricing/ promotion plans for review by Strategic Marketing and Regulatory and Legal Affairs, and for the approval of senior management and communicate them to the relative team.
• Develop and track Wholesale business unit performance, product performance, and quality indicators.

2. Customer Relationships
• Introduce new products and services with invocative tariff scheme to the customers to achieve new agreements for the new products and services
• Ensure high impact in execution of marketing plans
• Ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with the overall brand experience to ensure high standards of customer satisfaction

3. Financial
• Ensure adherence to operating budget of Marketing Planning and Performance Management department

4. Communication
• Provide a two-way communication between account managers and internal teams in order to successfully meet customer expectations in regards to the services provided
• Write official internal/external letters as directed
• Setup and define, and adhere to, internal processes for developing and managing portfolios and ensure the efficiency of internal procedures.

5. Reporting
• Prepare monthly reports for line management showing all the activities related to current products, status of products in development, sales analytics & performance and forecasts
• Put requirements in Billing (internal WBU and INT) to receive periodical reports and data

6. People
• Develop talent within the team by providing consistent direction and support to achieve stretch targets.
• Manage the team on a daily basis including resolving issues and maintaining high motivation levels within the team
• Complete accurate, objective and fact-based performance appraisals for all direct reportees on time

Education / Certifications
• Graduate degree in Business Administration / Accounts

Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Marketing Planning & Pricing, and total minimum 4 years of working experience
