Job description / Role
Principal Real Estate - Bahrain
On behalf of our client, a well-established alternative investment & private equity firm, Swisslinx Middle East is performing mandated research for Real Estate Investment professional.
In this broad role your main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Identify attractive real estate investment opportunities
- Manage relationships with external counterparties and clients
- Carry out financial modelling and analysis, market research and feasibility studies
- Work closely with analysts and associates and prepare investment presentations
Requirements
- University degree in Business / Economics / Finance or related field
- 5+ years of Real Estate analysis / Asset Management
- Experience in commercial and / or industrial real estate is a must
- Proficiency in financial modelling
