We have been retained by a leading international Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation Company focused on executing complex offshore Oil & Gas projects worldwide. They provide a fully integrated EPCI services for upstream field developments, deliver fixed and floating production facilities, pipelines and subsea systems from concept to commissioning phase.
We are urgently recruiting for a “Principal Structural Designer” to join our client’s project for short term contract of 3 – 6 months.
Job Description
Principal Structural Designer is responsible for the design of offshore structural components.
• Designs of offshore structural components such as riser clamps, PLET’s, PLEM’s, and Manifolds.
• Manage of pipeline detailed drawings.
• Designs support for offshore pipeline installation drawings.
• Detail offshore jackets and decks.
• Detail fabrication drawings and MTO’s
Requirements
Job Requirements
Structural design with 15 or more years experience in structural steel applications
10 or more years experience using PDS / PMDS design tool
Job Qualifications
High School Graduate or Equivalent
Self sufficient in PDS modelling and creating a 3d drawing using engineer's design and company standards
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
