Role description:
Working along side an impressive Private Banking professional team.This role will primarily require the Private Banking Analyst to assist and learn from the senior members of the team.
This role will be for a young ambitious banking professional with impeccable presentation and communication skills.
Tasks of the role:
Assists the Private Bankers in acquiring, servicing and retaining clients to deliver overall business goals
Be the main point of contact for all operational and administration client enquiries
Supports the Senior Private Banking Consultants in marketing Private Banking Investment products to clients
Assist Private Bankers in administration and management of client relationships including attending meetings (to observe/take notes), preparation of file notes, drafting of letters and other documentation, annual client reviews, etc all overseen and signed-off by the Private Banker.
Assist Senior Private Bankers in ensuring adherence to the Global 'Know Your Client' policy.
Requirements
Who we're looking for
The private Banking Analyst role is best suited to a candidate with the follow:
2 Years experience in Wealth Management/ Private banking in a Private Banking Analyst role in a International Bank
Undergraduate degree in Finance/Econ/Accounting/Business Admin
Exceptional presentation skills
Articulate with perfect written communications
High level of proven time management skills
Strong PC skills (Word, Excel, Power point)
Understanding of KYC, local regulation, risk procedures and product knowledge
