Job description / Role
The key responsibilities include:
The primary purpose of the job is to: handle claims of low to moderate complexity. This includes: coverage evaluation, investigation, assessment of exposure, implementation of cost-effective litigation plan, negotiation and resolution strategy.
This includes:
1. Deliver the SLA for PCG Claims.
2. Post adequate reserve for each file handled and ensures the reserve is always updated based on the development of the claim.
3. Analyze loss details to determine compensability.
4. Ensure prompt and equitable settlements of claims.
5. Follow up claim documents and ensure payments are affected on timely manner.
6. Review on quarterly basis all outstanding claim files.
7. Deliver best-in-class assistance to PCG customers throughout the claims process while directing cases to satisfactory resolutions.
8. Build and maintain excellent relationship with PCG customer and brokers.
9. Assist PCG Customers throughout the claims process and arrange to meet them as and when required.
Requirements
Insurance Experience: 0-3 Years
Arabic not mandatory
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Customer service focused and able to interact with high networth individuals.
Outgoing personality and presentable.
Good eye for details.
Able to deal with ambiguity and find solutions.
Adherence to strict SLAs to ensure smooth, prompt and fair claims resolution
