The RoleThe RoleWe are seeking an associate within a significant investment bank with experience of real estate transactions to join the newly formed real estate division of this major Abu Dhabi based private equity house. The firm has recently closed a significant fund and is looking for real transaction execution skills to enable the smooth and value driven investment strategy of the team. |
RequirementsRequirementsWe invite applications from individuals with at least 2 years of real estate transaction experience, preferably with both DCM and ECM experience alongside M&A at associate level with around 4-6 years transaction experience in total. We are seeking a strong performance track record and experience generated either in Europe, the GCC, Hong Kong, Singapore, Sydney or North America. |
