Private Equity Director - Investment Firm (Arabic & English)

Job description / Role

On behalf of our client, a well-established Investment Firm we are looking for a Private Equity Director to join their Direct Investment division team in Riyadh.

In this challenging role your main responsibilities will include:

Assist the Head of Direct Investment in managing the division
Monitor and analyze current and future investments
Carry out research and propose new ideas for direct investments
Prepare and review transaction documentation and investment memoranda
Perform due diligence on potential investments
Manage relationships with external stakeholders, mentor junior staff

Requirements

The successful candidate will hold the following qualities:

8+ years of relevant working experience with minimum 3 years in Private Equity
University Degree in Finance, Business or Economics
Native Arabic speaker & fluent English
Strong analytical and leadership skills
