Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Lead a team of Technical Writers to develop and revalidate Operations Group policies and procedures, for LNG Plants, Condensate stabilization Plants, Condensate Refinery, Ship Loading applications and Port activities, Refinery facilities, Offshore installations, Maintenance disciplines and new projects. Planning and development of all facilities policies and procedures including those related to shutdowns and turnaround works, and projects’ tie-ins. Work closely with the Engineering Group, Corporate Documentation Section in the preparation and maintenance of Standardized Documentation layout and display in the Intranet Portals.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent together with 10 years full-time diversified Oil and Gas Operations experience, out of which 5 years in procedures drafting.
Ability to coach employees and contractors of diverse backgrounds and levels.
Ability to self-organize and pay attention to details in procedures development.
Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with diverse workforce.
Problem solving skills.
Exhibits professional conduct and integrity in business practices.
Excellent written and spoken English skills.
Computer literate.
Self-starter and able to anticipate the changes required.
