Process Analyst – Al Futtaim Group Finance

The Group's continued investment in world-class systems technology is clear evidence of its commitment to maintain leading edge performance and service delivery.The purpose of this job is to drive process and systems related improvements across various functions handled by Shared Services Finance. The Process Analyst will be the project lead and act as a catalyst on various system implementations initiated by Shared Services.

Responsibilities include:

* Project Lead major Shared Services Finance system implementations.
* Develop and maintain SOPs across all Shared Services Finance functions.
* Cost management in SSF through process improvements and review of SLAs.
* Drive and track process and systems improvements across Shared Services Finance.
* Conduct time and motion study across Shared Services Finance  functions and identify areas of improvement.
* Will be responsible for transaction analysis and cost allocations for Shared Services Finance.
* Organize monthly dashboard meetings and presentations.
* Will be responsible for reporting on Shared Services Finance deliverables.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

* Minimum of 8 years of experience in the field of Finance and Accounting, out of which a minimum of 4 years directly involved in driving systems and process improvements
* Six Sigma expert
* Post-graduate degree in commerce / accounting / finance.
* Accounting / Finance qualification (CPA, CA, CMA, CFA, CIMA, ACCA,..)
* Knowledge of ERP Financial Software is necessary; SAP expertise will be preferred.
* Experience with major IT/BPO companies will be preferred.
