Process Analyst - Shared Services Finance - Al Futtaim Group - Dubai

Job Purpose:
The purpose of this job is to drive process and systems related improvements across various functions handled by Shared Services Finance. The Process Analyst will be the project lead and act as a catalyst on various system implementations initiated by Shared Services.

Key Accountabilities:
- Project Lead major SSF system implementations.
- Develop and maintain SOPs across all SSF functions.
- Cost management in SSF through process improvements and review of SLAs.
- Drive and track process and systems improvements across SSF.
- Conduct time and motion study across SSF functions and identify areas of improvement.
- Organize monthly dashboard meetings and presentations.
- Will be responsible for reporting on SSF deliverables.
- Ensure cross training and back-ups within SSF.
- Ensure control and co-ordination on Authorization.
- Will be responsible for transaction analysis and cost allocations for SSF.

Job Context:
- The Process Analyst shall enable continuous review of SOPs, assist in strengthening processes and thereby mitigating risks, track Key Metrics and also report on deliverables.
- Reporting to the General Manager - SSF, the ideal candidate would be a Six sigma expert, having a finance background, process-oriented, possess excellent communication and presentation skills, pay close attention to details and have analytical thinking skills. Additionally knowledge and experience of IFRS will be preferred.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
- Six Sigma expert.
- Post-graduate degree in commerce / accounting / finance.
- Accounting / Finance qualification (CPA, CA, CMA, CFA, CIMA, ACCA)
- Knowledge of ERP Financial Software is necessary; SAP expertise will be preferred.

Minimum Experience:
-Minimum of 8 years of experience in the field of Finance and Accounting, out of which a minimum of 4 years directly involved in driving systems and process improvements.
- Experience with major IT/BPO companies will be preferred.

Job-Specific Skills:
- Involvement in ISO certification process would be an added advantage.
- Should be process-oriented, pay close attention to details and have analytical thinking skills.

Behavioural Competencies:
- Should possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Should be able to work with a team.
