Job description / Role
A Process Engineer is urgently required to join a leading petrochemical company in Saudi Arabia who manufacturers and markets various petrochemical products to a wide customer base, through its various affiliates.
Reporting to the Project and Process Manager, the Process Engineer will be responsible for supervising work for projects, studies, and proposals whilst ensuring quality and technical integrity of the plant process design and reporting on schedules and budgets.
As well as participating in licensor negotiations, evaluations and process selection you will also be responsible for the development of plant start-up and operating manuals as well as being responsible for performance counselling, personnel development, and performance appraisals.
In addition to prior mentioned key requirements, ideal applicants must be self-motivated, flexible, delivery focussed and have a ‘can do’ positive attitude.

Requirements
The Process Engineer will ideally come from a Acetic Acid (AA), Vinyl Acetate Monomer (VAM), Methanol or LDPE plant, with previous experience working within the Middle East being an added advantage. Must hold a Degree in Chemical Engineering with a minimum of 10 years of experience working within petrochemical/refinery complexes
