Process Engineer - Yamama Project

Job description / Role

Tasks:
1. Design review on all Process FEED deliverables in compliance with the Best International Codes & Standards and applicable local (site regulations)
Coordination and Effective Execution of Yamama Process Engineering Tasks ensuring close interaction with inter and intra-discipline parties.

2. Implementation of innovative ideas in design work with due regard to cost /
Schedule optimization and resources whilst maintaining technical integrity.

3. Supervision of Contractor Process design work and schedule to achieve Project goals.

Functions:
- Perform review of Process engineering and design activities to ensure HSE, Quality, Operability, Availability and Constructability of the intended facilities.
- Perform design review work in compliance with the Best International Codes & Standards and applicable local (site regulations).
- Ensure compliance all process design work in line with the Company best Practices and implement the lessons learned by the Company.
- Ensure implementation of best applicable Codes and Standards to achieve high level of safety and technical integrity of the facilities.
- Ensure Selected process and technology meets schedule and intended objective of achieving targeted production and ease of operability and safety.
- Ensure selected process and technology suits local environment based on available manpower and utilities.
- Ensure clear process input to the FEED Basis of Design in discussion with the process team.
- Ensure Contractors work progress meeting Project schedule.
- Ensure all process related work is checked and approved before issue.
- Ensure Contractor working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system.
- Ensure Contractor working within the provisions and guidelines of Company HSE procedures /objectives and guidelines.

Requirements

Education:
- Relevant Bachelors Degree + Masters Degree

Relevant Professional Experience:
- Oil & Gas Experience from 10 years minimum
- Onshore Projects Experience
- Sour Field Experience
- Middle East Experience (preferable)
