Process Engineer

Job description / Role

Plans, directs and participates in providing process technology related services for the plant and the offshore field location. Initiates studies, conducts process audits and recommends plant/field modifications to improve efficiency, productivity, safety, cost savings and technology updates. Provides process design and engineering for plant modification projects.

Requirements

B.Sc. in Chemical engineering.

8 years process design and engineering experience in the oil and gas industry or in a similar plant with experience in natural gas production, treating and processing, acid gas removal, sulfur production and low temperature processing and fractionation and detailed knowledge of process engineering calculations and knowledge of the use of computer programs of process simulation and equipment design.

Very good written and spoken English.

Computer literacy, involving the use of database and spreadsheet software.
