The RoleThe RoleDeliver the company vision, mission and objectives to all employees in production dept. and make sure they are understood the same. - In charge for production planning process. - In charge for process control. - Set up the Operation parameters according to the standards / work instructions. - Manage and resolve all issues transpiring from the shop floor / equipment failure with the department maintenance crew and report to the Manufacturing / production manager. - Cooperate & help with the Manufacturing / production manager to minimize the production expenses. - Analyze defect reasons for non-conforming products/Process with the Manufacturing/ production Manager and follow the corrective actions. - Solve all problems related to productivity, efficiency, utilization, Changeover, Process Reality and capability of production lines. - Prepare and raise periodically reports of workflow and operating results as and when requested by Manufacturing/ production manager. - Protect company confidential & proprietary information & records. |
RequirementsRequirementsBachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering. Fresh graduate from an accredited institution. Good communication skills. Fluency in Arabic and English Experience in related role is preferable |
