The Role


The Role


- Prepare the 2012 prioritized and top urgent Business Unit process list to be delivered as base of 2012 based on the feedback and requests from all business units
- Build, develop and deliver the required business sales internal processes as per the received request from Business Units Division
- Build, develop and deliver the required content and materials for the awareness and training program to be used for the awareness programs including documents, presentations, helping materials.
- Build, develop and deliver the training plan for the Business Unit including schedules to cover the three regions for the Business Unit Staff Training.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience, typically in Business Support and process enhancement environment
- Broad understanding of business issues
- High level/knowledge and capability in designing/developing effective communication particularly at company broad level
