Process & Technical Audit Department Manager

Job description / Role

Our client is looking for a Qualified Process & Technical Audit Manager to take sole responsibility for the Process and Technical Audit Department. Reporting to the Internal Audit Division Manager, you will be required to assist in the development of a world class audit function, suitable for a major international oil and gas company. Other core responsibilities include leading the audit teams and conducting control walkthroughs, audit follows up and the subsequent presentation to Line Management.

Requirements

- The successful applicant will ideally possess a professional qualification in CA, CPA or ACCA. However, an MBA, CIA, CISA, PMP is also acceptable.
- You should have 12 years relevant technical and/or IT Audit experience of which 5 years should be in oil and gas.
- High level of proficiency in English is essential and Arabic desirable.
- A skill set of regulatory and internal audit standard changes, conflict management and its resolution, presentations, report writing and problem identification and its solution is a necessity.
- Ideally you will possess knowledge of Internal Audit systems.
