The RoleThe RoleAccountable for: Developing and maintaining the Banks processes & procedures in addition to the operations policies. Ensuring proper documentation, implementation, and delivery of all assigned projects / requests within preset time frame and budget objectives and quality standards. Managing assigned projects rollouts in compliance with countries rules and regulations. Finding solutions for any potential operational / technical obstacles facing assigned projects implementation. Ensuring timely circulation of all processes, procedures, and instructions to all countries. Acting as a Support coordinator with regards to all related activities. Key Roles: Ensure establishing and amending the Banks procedures by maintaining proper controls covering Operational Risks to establish unified standards and provide a comprehensive manual/guide for Banks staff across countries. Ensure proper modeling & updating of Banks processes and maintain an updated registry of these processes and related procedures. Circulate & publish all processes and procedures and related instructions to all countries. Resolve/ escalate operational risks/issues identified as appropriate. Participate in identifying budget / cost for operations assigned projects / requests in coordination with Operations RMs according to respective function requirements and follow up on obtaining the necessary approvals. Ensure proper implementation & delivery of assigned projects tasks and millstones on time as per the action plan. Perform any task assigned by direct supervisor. |
RequirementsRequirementsSkills: Fluent in English & Arabic Knowledge of Project Management principles and activities. Creative thinking & proven analytical skills. Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiations skills. Solutions oriented and client focused. Experience: 12 years experience in banking of which at least 8 in Operations and 4 in the relevant business (client function) in a leading international/regional bank. |
