Job description / Role
International contractor working on the Doha Metro. They require a Procurement Manager to join the team in Qatar. The successful candidate will be overseeing Commercial matters relating to the design, construction and supply contracts, main contract and legal obligations managing the procurement and budget control.
Responsibilities will include the following:
Ensuring terms of contracts for suppliers/sub-contractors are adhered to
Ensure completion and submission reporting
Control of processes to ensure that all identified contractual issues are dealt with in the main contract
Requirements
To apply applicants should have:
Construction/Commercial related degree
A track record of working as a Procurement Manager in a construction company
Experience of rail/metro projects would be advantageous
Excellent communication skills
Fluent in English
