Job description / Role
An excellent opportunity with a well established FMCG client that has made huge waves with their brands.
Reporting to the General Manager you will be responsible for the procurement of all materials related to company requirement, through the development and implementation of buying strategies and the management of supplier relationship.You will Lead the department in developing and implementing purchasing strategies for product sourcing. Manage planning, developing and procuring materials, parts, supplies and equipments in a timely and cost effective way while maintaining appropriate quality standards and specifications. Forecast the procurement needs and Source new and alternative suppliers, delivering cost benefits and profit margin enhancement to the business.
Requirements
Ideally a Masters in Business with 10+ years of experience leading a procurement function with a multinational FMCG within the GCC region. You should possess a strong track record of having delivered some outstanding results with your past organisations and must have superior negotiation skills.
