Procurement Director - Major Building Projects
Role:
The role will be to manage the procurement for multiple major building projects including high-rise, resorts, mixed use development and other mega construction projects. This is a long term secure position to work on one of the worlds leading projects
Requirements
You will be well established procurement director or manager within the region with a stable track record. You will be able to demonstrate relevant regional experience. Experience of procurement for major building projects is essential. Ideally working for a blue chip international contractor, project management, construction management organisation or international standard contractor.
* Degree qualified in a relevant discipline or Professionally Qualified by RICs or CIPs or other relevant body
* Strong skills in all aspects of procurement including contractual advise
* Strong pre-contract experience
* Knowledge of FIDIC
* Stable track record - minimum of 3 years with each company
* Major or Multiple Project experience
* Middle East Experience Essential
* Arabic Speaker Preferred
