Procurement Engineer - Commercial - AFGRE - CFC - Cairo, Egypt

Spanning 3 million square metres Cairo Festival City is a visionary mixed use urban community strategically located just 15 minutes from Cairo International Airport, along the Cairo Ring Road. Cairo Festival City features Egypt's first indoor-outdoor retail and entertainment resort combined with luxury residential communities, prime office spaces, internationally renowned hotels, schools and an automotive park all set within a lush landscaped environment.

We are looking to recruit an experienced Egyptian National Procurement Engineer to work within the Cairo Festival City Team. This role will be responsible for the selection and appointment of Suppliers/Vendors for Capex and Opex, processing payments and administration of Purchase Orders or Contracts within approved Financial Limits & Terms and Conditions. The Procurement Engineer will learn, follow and ensure compliance with the AFGRE procurement and contract administration procedures at all times.

Requirements

As a Procurement Engineer; you need to have the following Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

* Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Construction Economics or Quantity surveying or any relevant discipline.
* Post Graduate Studies is a plus.
* At least 5 years of experience in similar position in procurement within real estate development or construction section.
* Proficiency in MS Office applications.
* Strong knowledge of Primavera.
* Excellent English Language Skills, spoken & written.
